Please fill in your details requested in the contact form, making sure to include your unique order reference code and tell us the nature of your faulty or damaged product. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of one of our KOBLE team members to respond.
Before contacting us, please ensure your product is within our 1-year warranty period from when you purchased your item.
If your product needs to be replaced, we will arrange the collection of the faulty item for you.
