How Long Does Koble Delivery Take?
Koble delivery is FREE for customers in the UK (mainland only) through our trusted third party couriers, who will deliver your order straight to your front door. Delivery times vary depending on the item you’ve ordered. Please refer to our full terms and conditions to find out whether your order can be delivered to a specific room.
- Delivery for our smart lamps, Bluetooth lantern speakers, and smart desks is 1-2 working days, via UPS courier.
- Delivery for smart lounge products and smart beds takes up to 14 working days via our dedicated two-man handling specialists.

How Long Do I Have To Return My Order?
We understand that finding the right items for your home can take some time, which is why we offer a 14 day returns policy, so you have time to make sure your order is right for you.
How Do I Return My Order?
If you don’t feel that your Koble Designs purchase is right for you, please complete the below form with your details. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of our Koble team to respond.
When returning your order, we require you to return the product in the original packaging that you received it in, with all components included. If your product is damaged, please refer to the questions on returning faulty items below.
Please note that if you’ve purchased your item through one of our retail partners, you will need to contact them and refer to their refund policy.

What Can I Do If My Item Is Faulty?
At Koble Designs, we take every measure to ensure your product is manufactured to our high standards. On the rare occasion when this has not been the case, we would like to hear from you.
Please fill out the requested details on the contact form below, making sure to include your unique order reference number, and tell us the nature of your faulty or damaged product. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of the Koble team to respond.
Note: before contacting us, please ensure that your product is within our 1-year warranty period – this will start from the date that you purchased your item.
Can I Get A Replacement Item?
If you receive a faulty item that needs to be replaced, we can arrange to collect the faulty item for you and send out a replacement.
Can I see Koble products in person?
Some of our partners have Koble products on display in their showrooms or shop floors. Smart Living have a showroom in Cambridge showcasing many of our best-selling desks, lamps and side tables.
